1. Digital Products – General Rule
All our products are digital training courses.
Once access to the course content has been granted, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases outlined below.
This policy is in place because, upon purchase, you immediately gain access to the complete course materials and resources.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you have not accessed or started the course, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
To qualify for a refund:

You must not have accessed the course materials (videos, downloadable files, or any part of the training).

You must contact us in writing at support@macassistances.fr within 7 days of purchase.
If these conditions are met, we will process your refund via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3. No Refunds After Access
No refund will be provided if:

You have accessed or started the course materials.

The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

You simply changed your mind after using the product.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course:

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently to purchase our course:

Refunds for fraudulent transactions will be processed once confirmed by your payment provider.
