1. Overview

This policy explains how you will receive access to the online training courses purchased from Mac assistance.
Since our products are entirely digital, there is no physical shipping. Access is provided electronically after payment confirmation.


2. Payment Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) or PayPal.
You will receive an order confirmation by email, sent to the address you provided during checkout.


3. Access to Your Course

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive an email with your login details and instructions to access your course.

  • If you already have an account with us, the course will be added to your existing dashboard.

  • In most cases, access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.


4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Instant Access: In most cases, you will be able to access your course within a few minutes of payment.

  • Manual Activation: In rare cases (technical issues, payment verification), access may take up to 24 hours.


5. Technical Requirements

To fully benefit from your course, you will need:

  • A compatible device (Mac, PC, or tablet)
